SAMPLE WINTER WINE LIST
Charlie is a New World wine lover and The Salt Exchange wine list reflects that. But he’s also a fan of European wines, particularly their ability to pair well with food. He’s always looking for more interesting and unique wines to add to the list for guests to experience and enjoy. Like the menu, the wine list also changes regularly, leaning more heavily red in the colder months and more toward whites and rosés as the weather warm. Charlie is available most eveings to offer wine suggestions and or pairings. Additionally, all wines offered by the glass are also offered as half-glasses, allowing clients to taste and pair through the evening.
